When you join the new Bur Futo X Mr. Tuna Supper Club, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to a specialty-curated menu featuring the fresh sushi-grade fish and binchotan-grilled fare! Each month, the team from Bar Futo and Mr. Tuna will curate a rotating multi-course dinner for 2 or 4 people featuring signature dishes, new seasonal specials, and off-menu surprises. All meals come fully prepared with accompanying reheating instructions — simply assemble and serve.

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in November, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be December, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
Who You’re Supporting
Jordan Rubin is the chef and owner of Mr. Tuna, Bar Futo, and co-owner of Crispy Gai, all located in downtown Portland, ME. Through all of his ventures, he has forged relationships with a vast network of Portland growers and fishers, taking special care to source wild-caught whole fish as part of his holistic approach to sustainability.
In 2017, he introduced Mr. Tuna to Portland. What started as a sushi food cart and burgeoned into a dynamic concept, taking residence at Monument Square as Portland’s first hand roll bar while remaining prominent with three food trucks. Jordan has gained renown as an innovative entrepreneur while cementing the brand of his first business in the Portland hospitality community.
With Bar Futo, opened in December 2022, Jordan pays homage to a new facet of Japanese cuisine rooted in binchotan-fired cooking. With Chef Ian Driscoll at the helm, Bar Futo highlights Japanese charcoal prized for its quality and ability to make foods taste like the best version of themselves. The menu features small and large plates, yakitori-style skewers, and kakigori (Japanese shaved ice), all served in a communal and celebratory atmosphere.
