Why are there multiple billing systems?

We’ve learned a lot since launching our initial billing system about what subscribers and our restaurant partners need from Table22. We listened and we’re excited to launch a new billing system that enables significantly enhanced capabilities for everyone.


Where do I log in to see my subscription information?

Please check the list below to determine which billing system is applicable to your subscription(s). Subscriptions for the new system will log in to https://app.table22.com while the old system remains accessible at https://table22.com/account/login.


Is it possible to have an account on both billing systems?

Temporarily, yes. We are moving subscriptions on our platform restaurant by restaurant, so it’s possible that you can have subscriptions in the new and old billing systems at the same time. When all of your subscriptions have been moved to the new billing system they will be merged into a single account.

 
 

Is my account information the same in the new system?

When we migrate your billing account to the new system we will email you a link to set a password for this new account. For security reasons, we do not have access to your original Table22 account password so we cannot set it for you. If you have trouble logging in to either your old or new system account you can always request a password reset via email or reach out to yum@table22.com.

Your billing and shipping information should remain the same during the transition, as it is securely and privately handled by our trusted and secure payment gateway, stripe. We do not have access to your raw credit card information and you cannot be charged for anything other than a Table22 subscription.

Any partner not listed above is using the new billing system. You can manage subscriptions in this system by logging into https://app.table22.com or by emailing yum@table22.com
