Our partners span everything from high-end Michelin Starred spots — like The Four Horsemen (NYC), pasjoli (Los Angeles), Oxalis (NYC), to community favorites like Austin's The Peached Tortilla and Houston's The Blind Goat (from MasterChef Winner Christine Ha).

Our NYC/Austin-based team of food-loving technologists is made up of former leaders from Warby Parker, Squarespace, Uber and Blink Health, and backed by leading investors behind Airbnb, Spotify, Peloton, Etsy, and many others, as well as food world leaders behind institutions like Sweetgreen and Blue Hill Farm.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

As an Email Marketing Manager, you’ll partner cross-functionally to help launch and grow our restaurant partners across the U.S. You will:

• Work closely with the sales team to give program launch emails to new partners, including building out best practices, tracking & reporting on performance, leading testing, and owning results.

• Manage marketing calendars for a book of business of existing restaurant partners. This includes helping Account Managers to create email (80%) and Instagram (20%) campaigns for evolving partner programs.

• Generate new campaign ideas, including implementing testing and learnings plans, as well as report on performance and next steps.

Other Areas of Contribution

• Pilot new marketing channels like SMS, referral campaigns, influencer marketing, mail, etc.

• Write, manage, and execute Table22 member newsletters, cross-promoting partners in cities like SF, NYC, Austin, and more

• Design print collateral for partners

• Coordinate with contractors to manage Table22’s company Instagram account, design assets, etc.

• Create social posts for partners (primarily Instagram feed + stories)

• Participate as an in-house consultant on client calls related to marketing with new and existing partners

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of email marketing experience

• Competitive self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in the role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once. You are organized and are always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed

• Knowledge of Mailchimp and other email marketing platforms

Other preferred qualifications:

• A passion for food, restaurants, and the hospitality industry

• Experience working with large data sets and synthesizing into business insights (e.g., using Excel, Tableau)

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
