Table22 empowers beloved restaurants to build wildly successful subscription businesses. These subscriptions take many forms: it might be an off-menu monthly meal kit from your favorite Thai spot, or a wine club from your favorite bar, or a collection of unique pastries from your favorite bakery. We’re creating a new way for restaurants to engage their customers outside their physical location by offering unique, curated experiences they can’t get anywhere else.
We provide restaurants with everything they need to launch, run, and grow a subscription business. That includes:
Guidance from our team on what type of Product & Offering will be most successful
Technical enablement of subscription infrastructure (engineering infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, etc.)
Dedicated Partner Management resources & customer support
Extensive marketing support (social media, web, email, and more) — this is where you come in!
Shipping, delivery, and pickup logistics for our partner restaurant
Table22 was born out of the pandemic as our team watched thousands of beloved restaurants struggle and/or close across the country. Our aim is to enable restaurants to build predictable, recurring revenue that can provide financial stability for a challenging industry, all while providing new and unique experiences for restaurants’ best customers.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll partner cross-functionally to help launch and grow our restaurant partners across the U.S. You will:
Develop and execute launch marketing campaigns to promote Table22's newest subscription programs, including email, social, and occasionally print
Collaborate with the partner management team to create compelling email content and messaging specific to each restaurant partner’s program, preferences, and branding
Write, manage, and execute Table22 member newsletters, cross-promoting partners across our largest markets
Ideate, develop and implement testing & learning plans, generate new campaign ideas, brainstorm new channels to continually improve our best practice playbook
Analyze and own campaign data reporting and tracking, using insights to optimize future campaigns
Manage/maintain email databases & related systems
Ensure email campaigns comply with legal requirements and email best practices
Manage Table22’s Instagram account, designing assets and ensuring partner content is reposted/featured in a timely manner
Stay up to date with email marketing trends and technologies

2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year of experience specifically in email marketing
Ridiculously detail oriented and organized — ability to juggle competing priorities while always meeting deadlines
Competitive self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in the role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities across internal and external stakeholders
Experience working with large data sets to synthesize into business insights
Passion for finding innovative ways to convey messaging
Experience and/or comfort working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Other Helpful Skills
Experience with email marketing platforms, most importantly Mailchimp & Constant Contact
Experience with Google Drive, Slack, Airtable, FullStory, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising
A passion for food, restaurants, and high-level hospitality

Table22 is a remote, distributed company—we do not have an office, employees work from the location that best suits their needs, and all communications take place using digital tools.
We don’t care where you choose to live or work, so long as you’re based in the US. Preference for candidates who are able to work EST hours, as the Marketing Team works EST.

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, plus stock options.
Table22 offers all full-time employees health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off for federal holidays, and unlimited personal paid time off. We also offer a 401(k), though with no employer match at this time. You will be provided with a company laptop as well.
Additionally, all Table22 staff receive $100 credit to subscribe to any T22 restaurant partner(s) of their choice.
