  • We are looking for a Senior Account (Partner) Manager to join our growing team and ensure the long-term success of our restaurant partners’ programs on Table22!

    Partner Managers build strong relationships with our restaurant partners, support the end-to-end execution of their subscription programs, and work with their partners to continually grow their subscription program revenue.

    Partner Managers support restaurants throughout their lifecycle after launch and handoff from the Sales team and typically manage a book of 25 - 35 restaurant partners.

  • • Restaurant Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners (approximately 25 - 35 active accounts) and ensure restaurant partner’s objectives related to their Table22 offering are met

    • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at our restaurant partners (Chefs, Owners, Managers, etc.). Help restaurant partners see the value of their Table22 partnership to drive retention.

    • Growth and Marketing: Handle the big picture and own account growth by supporting partners with effective email, social media, and on-premise marketing. Use insights about product and offering and member feedback to continuously help partners market and grow their memberships.     • Fulfillment and Operational Support: Support partners with end-to end execution of their subscription programs, including fulfillment reporting and member communications. Identify opportunities to reduce complexity or simplify operations for restaurant partners.

    • Partner Onboarding: Onboard new restaurants to the Table22 platform after they are closed by the Sales team; train restaurants on our systems and processes

    • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other internal teams across Table22 (Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Logistics, etc) to ensure we’re delivering the best experience to our restaurant partners

  • Qualifications

    • At least four years of experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, or equivalent role; experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

    • Competitive self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role and contribute to building an early stage company

    • Great attention to detail and strong multi-tasker with ability to manage numerous projects at one time

    • Empathetic listener with experience being consultative

    • Ability to solve problems quickly and pivot with ease

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, small-team environment

    • Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, Excel, Squarespace, and Hubspot CRM are a plus

    • Passion for the restaurant industry and helping owners and operators thrive is a must!

    Location

    Table22 is a remote, distributed company—we do not have an office, employees work from the location that best suits their needs, and all communications take place using digital tools. Occasional travel to meet partners onsite may be required. For this role, we have a slight preference for a candidate based in the Midwest, but this is not a requirement!
