About The Team
We are building an inclusive, remote, high-performing technology team comprised of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. The engineering team is led by Jon Dean, Head of Engineering, who believes that people do their best work when they are heard, valued, and feel psychologically safe. He builds teams of people that compliment each other so that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
The Table22 technology team has started to build the long term systems that will drive the company forward from today’s early success and look for product minded engineers who are motivated by designing and influencing the future of technology. In this role you will have the chance to work across systems serving our various client groups, including restaurants, their subscribers, and the Table22 employees that empower them.

In this role, you will
Build a simple, intuitive, yet powerful, subscription platform that allows subscribers to easily browse, purchase, and manage restaurant subscriptions
Design and build systems that shape our ability to provide insights into what subscription plans will be most successful before first launch, analytics on how existing programs are running, and smart logistics to operate the subscription offering
Partner with the Head of Product and Data Science as well as business leaders to build innovative systems that enable restaurants to add recurring, high margin revenue to their businesses resulting in high-impact to our partners, amazing experiences for their subscribers and overall business value
Collaborate with internal, cross-functional team members on roadmap prioritization and solution design. Table22 operates as a team, all members will have a valuable impact on the work that we do beyond just writing lines of code.

Product-minded and business-focused engineers who enjoy making an impact beyond software
Experience in making decisions around code and application structure for a team that delivers value now and in the future
Experience working in full stack applications where performance and stability are key considerations
Knowledgeable about automated testing systems that ensure application stability and long term maintenance
Ability to decompose a larger problem into discrete smaller tasks and incremental deliverables
Strength in accurately estimating the size and timeline for work given a fixed scope
Experience with creating an observable and easy to operate tech stack
