About Jess DeSham Timmons
A native Texan and Houston resident, Chef Jess DeSham Timmons got her start two decades ago as a server, and has been in the culinary industry ever since. From feeding Willie Nelson, to butchering whole animals and starting fires, to competing on Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, to firmly planting her roots in the hospitality community, Chef Jess’ style is quintessentially Texan - straightforward and honest with a big personality.
Her diverse background shines through in her acclaimed farm-to-table cuisine.

When you join Chef Jess DeSham Timmons’ new Supper Club, you’ll enjoy the best of this acclaimed Houston chef’s cuisine at home. Each month, members will receive a seasonal tasting menu for 2 or 4 delivered right to their door, curated and prepared personally by Chef Jess. This program will highlight locally sourced and seasonal ingredients as well as humanely-raised proteins to give you a delicious & unique rotating meal. All dishes come fully prepared with accompanying reheating instructions - simply assemble and serve.

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in July, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be August, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | You will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
