When you join the new DesiPDX x Masala Lab Chef’s Supper Club, you’ll unlock a new way to experience the best of these acclaimed Portland eateries through a special at-home dinner series delivered right to your door. Each month, Chef Deepak & team will curate a rotating meal for 2 or 4 people, featuring signature dishes, seasonal specials, & brand new chef’s creations!
Our menus are an evolving experiment and you will always find something new and interesting that highlights seasonal ingredients. We use organic & non-GMO ingredients whenever possible including our oils and spices and our menu is completely gluten free with paleo and vegan options.

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in November, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be December, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | You will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
Who You’re Supporting
Deepak was raised on traditional Indian food by his mother and father and found his own love for cooking in his early 20’s. In 2015, after 20 years as a software developer he decided to follow his 10 year dream of turning his love for food into his livelihood and opened DesiPDX in 2015. His prior career provided him many opportunities to travel the world and experience a variety of cooking styles and flavors.
DesiPDX is an ever evolving exploration in Indian Fusion fare incorporating traditional roots, many international influences, and Deepak’s own culinary whims. You will always discover new experiments on the menu whether it’s the weekly dhal, a seasonal garnish, or unique ingredients, spices, or flavor combinations. Deepak is committed to making sure everyone can indulge at DesiPDX with a Gluten-Free and Paleo/Vegan-Friendly menu and an intention to source locally and organically as much as possible.
His ingredient selections for organic and local are based on research on health, sustainability, and risk as well as cost.
