When you become a Member of the new Em Saigon Dinner Series you’re welcomed along a journey that shares a history of culture and cusine through its multi-course menu. Chef Ly Nguyen spent three years researching many of the dishes on the menu; returning to her homeland for months at a time, studying some of the greatest renditions of Vietnamese cuisine at the very source. This means that her dishes are authentic and always tell a tory of where they come from. Enjoy the dinner series already prepared and ready to be assembled and enjoy! This experience is exclusive to Table22 members!

• Hu Tieu Kho (Dry Style Pork Noodles) - Dry version of our signature Hu Tieu with minced pork

• Bun Thit Nuong (Pork Vermicelli) Saigon-style grilled pork served on a bed of rice vermicelli noodles

• Cha Gio (Spring rolls) - Crispy Vietnamese Spring Rolls made with pork, shrimp, carrots, glass noodle

• Thit Kho Tieu (Braised Pork Belly) - Braised Pork Belly with caramelized fish sauce, black pepper

• Vegan Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Crepe) - Sizzling Vietnamese turmeric rice crepe with king oyster mushrooms

• Ca Ri Cua Lot (Soft Shell Crab) - Soft shell crab in spicy Vietnamese curry sauce

How it Works

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.

When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership.  Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription) 

How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
