Personally curated by the Farm Bar team, you’ll find bottles highlighting independent winemakers with unique perspectives and integrity. Each package will come with tasting notes and the opportunity to create a fun blind tasting experience in your home. The Farm Bar Wine Club will feature Spanish female organic winemakers!

The bees at Brown Dog Farm live on a restored 40 acre Wisconsin prairie. The unfiltered raw prairie honey is used in dishes at Farm Bar in Lakeview and Farmhouse in Evanston.

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in October, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be November, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | You will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
About Farm Bar
Originating in 2011 with the opening of Farmhouse Tavern in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, Farmheads is a hospitality group with the mission of offering affordable, approachable Midwestern fare based on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. In the almost 10 years since opening doors to Farmhouse Chicago, operating partners Ferdia Doherty and TJ Callahan have grown that first location into a series of concepts (Farmhouse Evanston, Farm Bar in Lakeview, Farmheads Galley Kitchen) with a shared vision of utilizing the bounty available within a four state footprint of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan.
