  • When you join the new Ferah Chef’s Dinner Club, you’ll bring the heat of Texas and the spiciness of the Mediterranean home with you. Each month, Chef Burak and the Ferah team will curate a rotating family-style meal for 2 or for 4 people, featuring a combination of signature dishes, new seasonal specials, and surprise off-menu chef’s creations.

    All meals come fully prepared with accompanying reheating instructions — simply assemble & serve!

  • When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in March, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be April, etc.

    When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)

    How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

    How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.

Who You’re Supporting

Tex-Med cuisine (Modern Mediterranean with a Texan Twist) was created by co-founder Chef Burak Ozcan in 2016 after combining the food of his Mediterranean heritage with his love of Texan flavors. Burak and his partners formed Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in September 2018 and officially opened the restaurant's first location in Garland, Texas in June 2019. After thriving despite the pandemic they expanded and opened the restaurant's second location in Southlake, Texas in July 2022.

Ferah Tex-Med was founded by Burak Ozcan, Stephanie Ozcan, and Jeremy Berlin on September 12, 2018. Burak serves as the Executive Chef and Head of Operations for the Garland location. Jeremy oversees accounting, sales and is Head of Operations in Southlake. Stephanie is the Head of Marketing, Customer Experience, and designs the interior of all Ferah restaurants.
