arroz caldo
The perfect dish to warm your soul. Rice porridge with ginger, garlic and mushrooms. Topped with Fried Garlic and Scallions.

almondigas
Who wouldn’t want pork and shrimp meatballs with the thinnest noodles and a rich pork soup? Served with patola - a traditional Filipino vegetable known as a sponge gourd.

pinakbet
This tagalog version is made with bagoong alamang - fermented shrimp paste (as opposed to the ilocano version that uses fermented fish). It’s got shrimp, squash, green beans, okra and eggplant. Our version of a gumbo...

chicken afritada
A childhood favorite for many of us at Musang. Tender chicken pieces stewed with tomatoes, garlic, onions + roasted potatoes, carrots and red bell peppers. Green Peas for a pop of color and sweetness and some Olives for a little bite.

steamed rice
to reheat: peel film to the dotted line and heat on high for 1 min and 30 seconds.
bilo bilo
Since it’s still cold out, we think this is the best way to end your meal. Sticky Rice Balls, Tapioca and Jackfruit in a sweet warm coconut cream.
