When you join the Odette Seasonal Supper Club, you’ll enjoy a new way to experience the best of this acclaimed neighborhood restaurant through an at-home monthly dinner series. Each month, Chef Josh & his team will curate a rotating multi-course meal for 2 or for 4 people featuring signature Odette dishes, seasonal specials, and surprise chef’s creations! The menu at Odette features dishes prepared with the highest quality, locally and sustainably-raised Alabama ingredients.
All meals come fully prepared with accompanying reheating instructions — simply assemble & serve!

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in April, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be May, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | You will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot.
Who You’re Supporting
Odette is a neighborhood eatery in historic downtown Florence, Alabama serving elevated American fare with southern and international influences. The menu features locally and sustainably‑sourced ingredients in a contemporary, inviting and comfortable atmosphere.
Owner Celeste Pillow has created the neighborhood restaurant she’d like to frequent. Through her experience working in Manhattan restaurants and her love of food and art, Celeste has modeled Odette, named for her paternal great‑grandmother, to embody the modern approach of urban, farm-focused dining without the pretension.
Chef Josh Quick creates unique dishes that pair new flavors with traditional preparations. An emphasis is put on items made in-house, from the breads and house‑cured meats, to the roasted red pepper‑thyme ketchup. In 2011, Chef Quick was invited to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City, where he prepared a “Homegrown Alabama” menu featuring Alabama producers and growers. He continues to draw on sustainably‑raised regional ingredients from Bluewater Creek Farm, Simmons Farm and Sonlit Farms, among others. The Director of The James Beard House said of Chef Quick’s cuisine, “His menu is lyrical with Southern touches and preparations but modern and elegant, as well.”
