About The Red Hen and All Purpose
The Red Hen is an Italian-influenced American restaurant located in the historic Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, DC. Proprietors and long-time friends Michael Friedman and Michael O’Malley have introduced a youthful sophistication to the rapidly evolving dining scene in one of the most eclectic neighborhoods in the nation’s capital. Friedman opened up The Red Hen in 2014. His eclectic menu offers guests a focused selection of seasonal, Italian-influenced dishes interpreted with Mid-Atlantic ingredients. Red Hen continues to be a neighborhood gem within Washington DC that excites diners with new dishes every season.
Led by Friedman, All Purpose serves antipasti, classic Italian American dishes, and deck oven-fired pizzas in the heart of downtown D.C. for dining in or take out. All Purpose is a love letter to the comfort food of Chef Mike’s Italian American upbringing, so come take a seat at Nonna’s table.

Each month, members of Chef Mike's Tour of Italy are guided along a journey through Italy, leaving no region undiscovered. With a different locale every month, members receive a fully prepared meal of specialty pizzas or (PLACEHOLDER - fresh pastas, larger format meals, etc.) Each region of Italy tells an ancient story through its food. The Red Hen and All Purpsoe team prepares a meal for you that unveils the secrets behind what makes each region so unique and so delicious. With fresh and local ingredients, every item is authentic with a localized feel, so that you can be transported to another world!

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | Delivery: you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
