FAQs
When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
When will boxes be available?
We fulfill boxes in the second week of each month for subscribers who signed up prior to the final day of the preceding month. So if you signed up in December, you’ll get your first box in January.
Is Table22 a secure payments platform?
We leverage the industry leader Stripe to manage payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
