About Three Six General
In San Marcos, Texas between Austin and San Antonio, Mattison Bills’ Three Six General specializes in on-site butchering, curing, and smoking of locally-sourced, humanely raised meats from surrounding farms.
“My original pit was built by my dad in the 80s. His dad sold bbq out of a 7-11 kiosk in north Dallas in the 70s and eventually opened up his own meat market and deli. We cooked on the offset smoker as a family, and naturally I was drawn back into the trade. Being an 8th generation Texan, I think it’s in my blood. I love cooking with fire. Every day is different depending on the weather and the product. It takes such dedication and attention to detail, it never gets old. I originally went to school for Environmental Science and Policy. I wanted to become a farmer, but had the opportunity to start a food stand at the farmers’ markets while still in college. My dad’s smoker inspired the sale of smoked meats, and I never looked back.” -Matti
Important Details: Three Six General fulfills subscriptions in the fourth week of each month, on Saturdays & Sundays, for everyone who signed up or had a renewal in the prior month. If you’ve selected delivery, subscriptions are delivered on the fourth Friday of every month. Additional pickup information is below!

Members will receive a collection of items from the same local, sustainable farms that we source from here at the shop ($XX), which will include seasonal produce and baked goods. The Three Six General team takes care of all the selections for you, so all you have to do is receive your monthly box, and enjoy! Your box may include:

When you join the new Three Six General Butcher & Provisions Box, you’ll receive a rotating assortment of hand-cut humanely-raised meats, local gourmet provisions, curated recipes, and more from our acclaimed grocery and butcher shop. Our meat is raised locally, pastured, hormone and antibiotic free and all value added meats are made in house. Our produce is sourced 100% locally through the farmers makers and farm-to-table. Members will enjoy a monthly butchery package curated by Matti and her team, featuring a variety of proteins and other local items, including select seasonally available signature cuts.

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in June, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be July, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
