About 84 Yesler

At 84 Yesler, each plate is important, and we are fortunate in the Pacific Northwest to have an abundance of flora and fauna revered worldwide. We work with local purveyors, sourcing with care to cultivate those special relationships. We source from remarkable independent, organic, and sustainable ranchers, farmers, fishermen (and women) whom we consider partners. Our carefully selected service personnel embrace the Japanese spirit of caring for others with the whole heart and from the bottom of the heart (Omotenashi), and our service strives to be authentically attentive and anticipatory (Kikubari).

Chef Christina Seigl received her start in the restaurant profession at the age of 19, when she received an apprenticeship from Joe Whinney, founder of Theo’s chocolate. After her apprenticeship, she went to culinary school at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary arts in Colorado. After her graduation, she wanted to see more of the world. She worked under chef Joachim Wissler at the acclaimed restaurant, Vendôme and in the same hotel at Trattoria Enoteca, rated 18 out of 20 Gault-Millau score structure. Later, she became Chef Garde Manger, at Malteser Komturei in Herrenstrunden Gladbach, Germany, a boutique hotel in the outskirts of Cologne, gaining a world of experience before returning home to the Pacific Northwest and ultimately landing at 84 Yesler.

When you join 84 Yesler Chef’s Tasting Series, you’ll receive a seasonal meal focused on high-quality ingredients and expert preparation. This seafood-centric menu is reflective of fresh and local ingredients with Japanese undertones to give you a totally unique and entirely innovative menu, changing each month based on the Chef’s current inspirations. All dishes are created with the utmost care and come to you ready to be assembled, heated, and most importantly - thoroughly enjoyed.

Sample menu may include:

  • Smoked octopus - al pastor, quinoa cream, maseca chips

  • Parmesan Churros - Aleppo pepper, smoke tomato aioli, shaved Parmesan Reggiano

  • Venison tortelli - braised venison, garlic greek yogurt, mushroom consomme

  • Seared Scallops - white bean puree, scallop chip, lemon pepper broccoli rabe

  • Lobster cappelletti - lobster broth, clarified butter, lacy tuile

Wines are chosen directly from the 84 Yesler cellar and entirely based off of seasonal availability and curated perfectly to the rotating in house menu.

How it Works

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.

When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership.  Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription) 

How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
