About All Purpose
The original award-winning downtown location serving up seasonally-inspired, deck-oven pizzas, local beer, Italian wine, craft cocktails and Italian American specialities. Located at 1250 9th Street NW, just across from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, All-Purpose was opened in 2016 by the teams from The Red Hen and Boundary Stone. Led by Chef Mike Friedman, All-Purpose serves antipasti, classic Italian American dishes, and deck oven-fired pizzas in the heart of downtown D.C. for dining in or take out.
All Purpose is a love letter to the comfort food of Chef Mike’s Italian American upbringing, so come take a seat at Nonna’s table.

Few things are more comforting than Grandma’s cooking. Members of Nonna’s Super Club are welcomed into a traditional Italian American kitchen, with a multi-course dinner of all the classics. Chef Mike and the All Purpose team prepare a menu straight from the heart - with a monthly rotating menu of all your favorites from hand tossed pizzas, to lasagna, to meatballs, and more! Just like Nonna, they won’t be satisfied until you’re full, that is until you get to dessert…
Sample menu may include:
Eggplant parm ‘Jersey style’: baked eggplant, mozz, tomato, basil, toasted breadcrumbs
AP Caesar salad: little gem lettuces, parm, breadcrumbs, lemon, anchovy dressing
Arancini Bolognese: crispy risotto balls, beef & pork ragu, parm, mozz, marinara sauce
Pizzas like the buona- tomato, mozz, pepperoni, Calabrian chili honey, basil
Classic pastas like - rigatoni with tomato, fennel sausage ragu, pecorino romano
and much more!
Also included in your membership are pantry items fresh from the All Purpose kitchen, so you can continue to cook with Nonna all month long!

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
