When you become a member of the Anju | CHIKO Monthly Chef’s Supper Club, you take an experiential journey through Asian culture and cuisine. These monthly member-exclusive tasting menus are thoughtfully composed to celebrate the vastness of Korean & Chinese cuisines.
Each month’s menu will feature a different theme or type of cuisine! Example menus include Chinese Take Out Classics in May, The Summer of Stir Fry in June, and Korean BBQ in July. Recent month’s themes include a Peking Duck Holiday Dinner in December, a Lunar New Year Feast in January, and a Spring is in the Air menu in March.

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in September, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be October, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
Anju and CHIKO are restaurant concepts by The Fried Rice Collective founded by Chefs Danny Lee and Scott Drewno. Danny and Scott pair modern cooking techniques with traditional Chinese and Korean flavors in the heart of Washington D.C.
Chef Danny has worn many hats from musician, to biologist, and legal assistant before finding his perfect toque as a chef and opening wildly successful restaurants starting with Mandu; which won “Best Korean” and was recognized in the Michelin Guide in 2016 and 2017. Chef Danny has also earned a semifinalist nomination from the James Beard Foundation and has been featured in Food and Wine, Travel and Leisure, Forbes, and more.
Chef Scott was raised in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes wine region, a rural area known for its vineyards and family-owned farms. Watching his mother turn fresh, seasonal produce from local farm stands into bubbling pies and cobblers first piqued his interest in cooking and planted the seed for Drewno’s culinary ambition which has now led to a distinguished career earning “Chef of the Year” twice and nominated for a James Beard Award.
