When you become a member of Chef Dominique Crenn’s Seasonal Tasting Series, you become a part of an exquisite gastronomic experience that engages all the senses. With a menu largely influenced by French cuisine, you are taken on an innovative, inspiring and at times totally shocking journey through the creative genius of Chef Crenn and the team as they present you with impeccable dishes that are as delicious as they are stunning.

Members receive a monthly 3-course tasting series dinner, fully prepared and assembled, complete with full reheating instructions and a detailed description of each dish, exclusive to our Table22 members.

A sample monthly menu may include:

• Leeks Vinaigrette with Oyster Emulsion

• Housemade Tagliatelle with Bleu Belle Farm Vegetables

• Dungeness Crab Tartare

• Seafood Cassoulet with Mt. Lassen trout, housemade boudin, and pacific coast mussels and clams

• Trout Mousse, Smoked Mussel Crème, Bleu Belle Farm Vegetables

• Daisy Flower: delicate meringues, citrus mousse, passionfruit, sorrel and marigold

• & more!

Your membership also includes a monthly assortment of pantry items that we use in the Atelier Crenn kitchen, such as specialized spices and salts, unique sauces, and other specialty goods.

How it Works

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.

When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership.  Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription) 

How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
