Acre, a community focused restaurant
Acre specializes in fresh, modern cuisine inspired by their Southern heritage. In August 2013, Chef David Bancroft and his wife Christin opened Acre, where the seasonally-influenced menu reinterprets the rich heritage of Alabama cuisine and celebrates sustainable ingredients sourced from the on-site gardens & local bounty of the surrounding community.

Every year, Acre experienced the seasonality of the local Auburn community and the Acre team knew they needed to boost engagement in a unique way. Acre first partnered with Table22 to offer their monthly Wine Club in September 2022. Three months later, after outstanding feedback and overwhelming demand from the Wine Club launch, Acre’s quarterly Provisions Club launched with nationwide shipping options. After massive demand (requiring implementation of a Waitlist!) and exceeding their launch goals in 48 hours, Acre then launched their quarterly Social Club three months later, an in-person experience appealing to their most loyal local customers. With the help of their dedicated partner manager, Acre recognized that they could easily handle a new stream of subscription revenue with the little overhead it required in-house.
