At the beginning of each month you will receive information on how to schedule the date and time of your seating. If circumstances change and you can't make it, you can always have family or friends enjoy the meal you subscribed for.

A monthly Chef’s Counter experience — Each region of Vietnam has its own character that contributes to the cultural identity of Vietnamese cuisine, and Chef Le-Khac is keenly aware that food is a powerful vehicle for sharing this story. When you visit Bolero for their new 5-course tasting menu, you won’t just enjoy a multi-course meal, complete with fresh herbs and vegetables from Chef Matt’s farm, you’ll experience Vietnam through a series of distinctive region-specific dishes, each with a unique story to tell.

We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
