Bunker’s Vietnamese BBQ incorporates the same aromatic herbs and spices that draw us all to Vietnamese street food favorites like Phở and Bánh Mì. When crafting his dishes, Chef Jimmy Tu uses only fresh, locally sourced ingredients from farmers who believe in sustainable farming methods, and raising heritage breed animals. Discover authentic Vietnamese BBQ and experience a side of Vietnamese cooking that will surely be one of the most exciting additions to the NYC dining scene.

What You’ll Get

Each monthly package includes: an elevated finish-at-home meal for 2 ($75) or 4 ($135) people from one of the buzziest new concepts in NYC, along with handpicked pantry selection like Viet herbs, pickled veggies, quality fish sauce, exotic spices, etc., and exclusive, members-only content.

Meal prep like marinating or smoking meats, and chopping vegetables and herbs, is done for you by Bunker’s skilled chefs. Most meals only require cooking the farm-raised meat, and combining the ingredients. With easy to follow instructions in each kit, you’ll enjoy a freshly prepared and plated authentic Vietnamese BBQ experience in under thirty minutes.
