When you subscribe to the Wine Cellar Share, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to our curated wine cellar. Save time browsing at the bottle shop; our team will hand-select hard-to-find and delicious wines for you to enjoy at home.

A monthly rotating selection of our favorite wines, specially selected every month to give you a sampling of our extensive cellar. Choose from:

For the Culinary Explorer

When you subscribe to the Butterfield Supper Club, you’ll take an experiential journey through local, Hudson-valley, farm-to-table cuisine, and history. These member-exclusive tasting menus are thoughtfully composed by the Butterfield team to highlight regional, seasonal ingredients, native to the Hudson Valley.

What You’ll Get

Each month, the Butterfield culinary team will guide members through a seasonal tour fo the Hudson Valley and local, sustainable game & produce. Meals come fully-cooked and are available for 2 or for 4 - simply reheat and serve!

Example Dishes May Include:

• Crushed Beets with whipped feta, mint, green olives, red wine vinaigrette

• ‘What A Deer Eats’ black trumpet crusted venison loin, greens, fruit, nuts

• Roast Acorn Squash honey, beluga lentils, lacinato kale, pecans

• Mini Apple Crumb Cake honey crisp apple, streusel, vanilla gelato

• & much more!

When will I be charged my membership fee?

We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
