When you join the Caruso’s Grocery Pasta & Provisions Club, you’re bringing home the best of this classic, Italian-American ‘red sauce’ joint, with 2 hand-made pasta kits each month, to recreate our favorite new and unreleased dishes in your own kitchen.
We’ll set you up with delicious house-made fresh and dried pastas; our favorite seasonal sauces, ragus, pestos, our favorite provisions, and more unique surprises. We take care of all the prep and allow you to create your own masterpiece.
You can expect:
2 ready-to-cook fresh pasta kits (1 classic and 1 off-menu seasonal) with our fresh handmade pasta and everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious Caruso’s Grocery dish
Accompanying snacks and hand-selected provisions, like:

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in February, the first month you’ll receive your subscription goods will be March, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date. On delivery day, you’ll receive a text message enabling you to track your driver in realtime. If you select shipping, you will receive an email when your order is shipped out with a tracking link.
Who You’re Supporting
Caruso’s Grocery is a love letter to the simple, classic, Italian-American restaurants that provided our fondest childhood memories of what a restaurant could be. In different ways and in different parts of the country, we each had our own, intimate experiences of the food and culture that Italian immigrants brought to their new home. As they became Americans, they changed and enriched America. We hope you’ll join us in raising a glass to celebrate them and all of the immigrant communities who continue to enliven and enrich our shared culture and our experience of eating and drinking in this, their adopted home.
Caruso’s Grocery is the culmination of a lifelong passion for Matt, having spent the better part of his culinary career focused on regional Italian cuisine and much of his free time traveling throughout Italy. Largely inspired by the restaurant his dad ran while growing up in upstate New York called Scoozi, Caruso’s is Matt’s homage to generational Italian-American cooking. Matt has worked with top chefs such as the legendary Alain Ducasse and Michael White and has held top positions at Altamarea Group's Convivio, which was awarded a Michelin star and three stars from The New York Times, and Osteria Morini, which brought Matt to DC as the opening chef. Matt partnered with Neighborhood Restaurant Group on the development of The Roost and Caruso’s Grocery in 2019.
Tom Sietsma of The Washington Post just called Caruso’s Grocery the best Italian American restaurant in Washington. Ann Limpert, food critic for The Washingtonian, named Caruso’s Shrimp Scampi one of the best dishes of 2022.
