A rotating all-inclusive monthly experience highlighting Mexican flavors from across the entire nation. Chef Akhtar Nawab takes you along on his preparation and presentation of dishes that are both refined and innovative without sacrificing an ounce of flavor. Take a peek behind the curtain as Chef Nawab shows you how to make some of his best meals - including off-menu items and special event menus as well as unique pantry items.

What You’ll Get

Every month Chef Nawab will guide you through his favorite, most unique Mexican dishes through a curated Journey Through Mexico. Provided will be all ingredients and dishes required for preparation. Follow along with Chef Nawab to create this exquisite meal yourself.

A sample menu may include:

• Queso Fundido with chips or Roasted Mushroom Quesadilla

• Steak tacos spicy salsa verde, carnitas tacos with chipotle mayonnaise and guajillo salsa, and shrimp tacos with mole rojo and frijoles

• Oregano roasted chicken tacos with avocado and tomatillo salsa, and roasted shiitake and squash tacos with cashew crema and salsa de arbol

• Arroz verde and black beans and esquites
