What You’ll Get
When you become a member of the Cochon Butcher Boucherie Box you’ll receive a monthly assortment of meats and locally sourced produce as well as house-made goods like pimento cheese, pickles, and bread from the Cochon team. The butchery uses only all-natural meats and whole hogs from local farms and cured meats - so you can trust your selections are ethically sourced as well as incredibly delicious.
A sample box may include:
House prepared meats like pastrami, duck confit, ham hocks, and country sausage, tasso, and country ham
Freshly baked pretzel bread, sesame buns or white bread from La Boulangerie
Leeks, blueberries, summer squash from Old Market Lane Farm, eggs from Peeps Farm, and other locally sourced produce
House-made potato salad and coleslaw
Whole grain mustard, herb vinaigrettes, hot sauce, sauerkraut and pickles

What You’ll Get
When you join the Cochon Butcher Charcuterie club you’ll receive a series of cured meats, sausages and fresh cuts that are made and cured in-house using old world traditions — ($65). Each month will feature a rotating series of some of Cochon’s most popular sausages along side house recipes to create some of their most inspirational dishes. You’ll also receive whole grain mustard and hot sauce to top your monthly selections as you please.
Sample meats may include:
Andouille - spiced smoked pork sausage
Boudin -steamed sausage made with pork, rice, trinity and a blend of spices
Capicola Salami - made from the neck and shoulder of the hog, it is smoked and prepared with a variety of spices and herbs
Genoa Salami - cured and air-dried, a hard sausage made from pork, seasoned with garlic, pepper and red wine
Whole grain mustard and hot sauce for dipping

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
