When you join the Daisies Journey Through Italy program you will be transported through the history of the cuisine and libations of the 20 regions of Italy. Included in the kits will also be products and specialty goods

What You’ll Get

A rotating monthly exploration of Italian cuisine hand-curated for Table22 Members - Chef Joe and his team will focus on flavors, recipes, and ingredients throughout Italy, choosing to highlight one of the 20 different regions of Italy each month. 

A sample menu may include:

• Small bites/snacks or starters of typical salads, meats, cheeses and/or other regional specialty products 

• A house made pasta kit including all the components 

• Signature dishes from the most well known regions such as Tuscany to the obscure and off the beaten path places like the Val d'aosta. Education never tasted so good!

• Sweet Treats or specialty desserts 

• Expert guidance, tips and tricks from our chefs including recipes

Add on to your membership a monthly assortment of regionally inspired pantry items (+$50) that we use in the Daisies kitchen and sell in our micro market. Examples of items included such as: specialized olive oils, vinegars, olives, cheeses, spice blends, cured meats and/or house made condiments to round out your pantry.

For the Wine Connoisseur

Become a member of Daisies Wine Collective for access to a curated wine package highlighting viticulture across the United States. Our wine program features grape varieties across a spectrum of styles and tastes all domestically grown and made. The wines are sourced from socially and environmentally responsible growers and winemakers with an emphasis on small-scale and family-run wineries and farms. With each package you will enjoy wines from those who are good stewards of taste, vineyard, and community!

What You’ll Get

A monthly exploration of our favorite producers, grapes, and regions. Each month you’ll enjoy two, four, or six bottles of hand-selected wines from Daisies, as well as accompanying educational content, tasting notes, suggested pairings, and background about the wines, vineyards, and producers behind the month’s selections. 

Wines will focus on selections in line with what you know and love about Daisies.  We may also throw in a few wines from specialty small batch producers that we couldn’t resist sharing!
