After gaining kitchen experience in Richmond, Tim knew his true calling was to become a professional chef. In 2012 Tim began working at The Inn at Little Washington where he acquired skills that fueled his passion and progressed steadily through the kitchen hierarchy. Tim drew inspiration from Chef O’Connell’s expertise as well as its focus on exceptional hospitality and was proud to be part of the team that gained two Michelin stars in 2016, 2017, as well as gaining the ultimate honor of a third star in 2018.
Tim brings the Virginia Table to life, reaping the benefits of living near local farmers and purveyors, while applying his classical technique to develop a modern and accessible menu.

Members of Early Mountain Seasonal Tasting Series receive a menu crafted from seasonal produce from local farms in located within the stunning terrain of Virginia’s Blue Mountains. As a local to the area, Chef O’Connell understands how to creatively utilize the produce into superb dishes and in turn create a menu that tells a unique story of the land. Due to the use of local ingredients - dishes will change based on seasonally available produce that is always of the highest quality. Early Mountain believes the best of Virginia wine is complemented by the best food the region has to offer and recommends adding wine to your monthly selection to round out your experience.

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | For delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
