About ESR
Ethan Stowell grew up in Seattle and is self-taught. He was named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs in America in 2008 and has been nominated for more James Beard Awards than he cares to remember. He opened Union in 2003 and hasn't looked back. Now with over 75 awards and accolades across 20 concepts, the ESR team continually strives to make guests happy throughout the city of Seattle.
We keep it simple. We like to use fresh ingredients and we like to let the food do the talking. Generous bowls of housemade pasta, locally-foraged mushrooms, delicately prepared fish, wood-fired pizza, a ribeye for two, and a passion for doing it right.

When you join our ESR Pasta & Provisions Share, you’re opting into a delightful monthly bounty from the ESR team. Experience your favorite dishes from How To Cook a Wolf, Tavolata, and more from the comfort of your own home.
Like clockwork, we’ll set you up with fresh-made pastas, with all of the ingredients and instructions to cook one of your favorite ESR dishes right at home. The kit would also include a few staples that our guests have come to know as favorites from across our restaurants.

A rotating selection of fresh-made pastas, sauces, and paired provisions from ESR culinary favorites like How To Cook a Wolf, Tavolata, and more for 2 ($95) or 4 ($170). You can expect:
Fresh pastas to enjoy at home, like our Rigatoni and Semolina Gnocchi, and everything you’ll need to prepare classic ESR dishes
Hand-selected provisions, like Fresh Mozzarella, Burrata, Castelvetrano Olives, Marcona Almonds, Macrina Grissini Breadsticks,
Pantry items, like our King Sauce, Romana Sauce, Chili Flakes, Olive Oil, Cracked Pepper, and Kosher Salt

FAQs
When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
When are subscriptions ready?
Your box will be delivered to your doorstep on the third Thursday of every month. Subscriptions prepared in a given month correspond to signups and payments in the prior month.
Is Table22 a secure payments platform?
We leverage the industry leader Stripe to manage payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
