Georgia James Steak is Underbelly Hospitality's take on steakhouse. It is unconventional. It is quality driven. The steaks that we serve at Georgia James are the same steaks our chef would eat at home; sourced from local ranchers native to Texas. We have a personal relationship with our ranchers, and we know they're raising their cows right. When you join the Georgia James Butcher Club you will not only get cuts from our ranchers, but you will also have the opportunity to get cured meats, sausages, and other special cuts from our well respected, in-house butcher. We began as a whole animal restaurant with Underbelly and with the Butcher Club, you will get a sample of this with interesting cuts only available here.

When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in February, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be March, etc.

When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription).

How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

How do I get my goods | You will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot.

As a progressive steakhouse, the sommelier team at Georgia James balances comfort and luxury with a list deep in global classics along with a good dose of the avant garde. We choose not to limit ourselves only to regions with icon status, because we know all-too-well that special people are making special wines all over the world. Our wine club members can expect wines like Gravner from Italy paired with a Brundelmayer from Austria one month and the next perhaps a classic Napa cab with a Texas born wine like Dickson. We are ambitious and progressive with our wines and our goal is to not only please your palate but also broaden it.
