At Iron Gate, Chef Anthony Chittum takes inspiration from his travels through Greece and Southern Italy and pays homage to many of the incredible local farmers, makers and artisans that hail from the bountiful Mid-Atlantic region.
His dedication to fresh and sustainable ingredients perfectly complements the purity of the traditional flavors of Southern Italy and Greece. With the relationships we have made with these local farmers and artisans, we are excited to be able to share these incredible ingredients for use in your home!

For a Farm-to-Table Meal
When you join Your Family Table Membership you bring the delicious, hand-curated experience of Iron Gate home with you. Chef Anthony and the team prepare a menu using fresh and seasonal ingredients to provide exceptional flavor that speaks true to the nature of the locally-grown produce.
What You’ll Get
Members will receive a monthly, 3 course family-style, meal for TWO ($99), along with a small gift from their kitchen such as house made sauces, rubs, preserves and other exciting staples!
An example of a Family Table menu:
1ST COURSE: Crispy phyllo pie, goat’s milk feta, sesame seeds, honey, vin cotto || Path valley shell bean hummus, urfa chili, baby spring crudité || First of the season asparagus, dill fronds, smoked hen egg gribiche || Daily focaccia, hot house tomato, chevre, wild nettle pesto
2ND COURSE: Hearty spring greens cannelloni, coulter farm’s ricotta, cherry tomato pomodoro || Shredded butter lettuce salad, spring onion, dill, charred lemon vinaigrette
3RD COURSE: Strawberry-rhubarb pie, ginger, lemon, whipped greek yogurt

For Seasonal Picks
When you become a member of the Chef’s Pick CSA Membership, you gain access to a selection of the finest and freshest community-supported agriculture. The Iron Gate team takes care of all the selections for you, so all you have to do is receive your monthly box, and enjoy!
What You’ll Get
Members receive a collection of Iron Gate provisions from the same local, sustainable farms and mills that we source from here at the restaurant ($50), that can include seasonal produce, dairy and pantry items.
An example of a box, created to mimic Chef’s family when in Greece or Italy, “often we’ll go the market and buy a bunch of different small things from our favorite shops and take it them somewhere nice to sit and enjoy”, include’s:
Mayfly cheese from doe run dairy i.g. mortadella
Red apron fennel salami
Jill’s sourdough focaccia
april’s pickle plate
Syros parsley salad
Baby spring crudité
Fennel seed-rhubarb thumbprint cookies

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
