Members of Kimika are welcomed into the unique and delicious creations behind Chef Lau’s incredible menu. Each meal focuses on seasonal ingredients to bring you an unforgettable feast. Combine the old with the new, Japanese & Italian techniques & ingredients, and you are left with a meal that gives you its all and then some! The meal is topped off with Clarice Lam’s house-made pastries that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

What You’ll Get

A rotating multi-course meal that can include anything from the tuna tartare to the crispy rice cake lasagne. Sauces and spices included to complete this one-of-a-kind dinner at home. You’ll also receive a house-made pastry box alongside special house provisions such as seaweed grissini, seasonal pickles, spicy olives, and more.

A sample menu may include:

• Mushrooms in Origami - black garlic miso butter, perilla

• Winter Chicories - pecorino brigantaccio, goji berries, crispy sunchoke, yuzu-shoyu vinaigrette 

• Rigatoni al Forno - miso bolognese, edamame, buffalo ricotta

• Porchetta - crispy pork belly, miso mustard

• Pastry Box - tiramisu katatsumuri, concord grape-hojicha milk jam, kimchi caramel, etc.

• Provisions Items: seasonal pickles, spicy olives, seaweed butter, mortadella-fontina cornetto, seaweed grissini
