About Ledger
When Matt O’Neil opened Ledger in Salem in 2017, he was not a newcomer to the North Shore culinary scene. Raised in Swampscott, O’Neil spent his childhood in the area, and launched his career as a chef in nearby Martha’s Vineyard, staying around Boston as he continued to garner experience and knowledge in the food and beverage industry.
After pursuing a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Daniel Gursha traveled the globe honing his eclectic style. First training in several Boston restaurants, he headed to Copenhagen where he worked in the kitchen at two Michelin starred noma, where he learned to forage for ingredients in the forests and coastal shoals of Denmark. Continuing on to Paris, he staged with three Michelin starred chef, Alain Senderens.
Together, Chef Matt and Chef Daniel have combined forces to create the beauty that is Ledger. Located in the former Salem Savings Bank building (circa 1818), Ledger is pleased to be a part of the downtown Salem community. This historically unique location houses a progressive New England concept, where traditional 19th-century dishes, cocktails, and techniques are elevated with 21st-century resources.

Members of Ledgers Chef’s Tasting Series will feel the heart of New England in every bite, with classic favorites reimagined with fresh new flavors. The meal is prepared by the team, so all you have to do is heat and enjoy. Prepare for a full taste of the East Coast with a menu that will surprise and delight.

Members receive a monthly collection of wine specially curated by the Ledger beverage team. Wines hand-selected by Wine Director Scott Lefler from around the globe are chosen monthly, designed to give you a more expansive palate. How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
