About Los Chamocos
Our story begins with the encounter of two stranded immigrants who find themselves along the way. By merging traditional techniques with modern cuisine, the chef Benedict Yanez and her wife Yanez (originally from Mexico D.C but truly raised in Aguas calientes). Benedict migrated from El Salvador in 1996, looking for a brighter future in Texas, learning along the way all the necessary skills for running a restaurant.
The Yanez family decided to open their first restaurant, kindly named LOS CHAMACOS (the kids in Mexican) in honor of their 8-year-old daughter and her baby brother. No matter the dish, from a freshly made Mole to homemade tamales, chilaquiles and enchiladas, Los Chamacos offer the best kind of Mexican food over the Rio Bravo. Life is all about getting back up however one must learn along the way from past mistakes as ego alone won’t get you anywhere.

When you become a member of the the Los Chamacos Journey Through Mexico you’ll receive a specially curated series of authentic dishes that focus on a different region of Mexico each month. Everything is made fresh, in house with recipes that originate from traditional family-style meals combined with a modern twist to give you a menu that is familiar while still full of surprising spice and flavor. Generations and generations of cooking experience have come together to bring you this monthly rotating series that will guide you around all of the dishes of Mexico.

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
