  • Detroit can be a desert when it comes to finding good seafood! By joining our Mink’s Monthly Catch Raw Seafood Club you'll gain access to fresh, sustainable seafood. Each month we curate a variety of high-quality raw seafood, including seasonal and fresh shellfish, fresh finfish, a house made seafood item, a tinned seafood item and accoutrements! We’ll provide Chef Cameron's favorite recipes for the items in your box so you can try out new flavors and recipes each month.

    • Mink’s Monthly Catch Raw Seafood Club — $125

      • Makes up to 2 meals for 2 people!

  • A sample box could include:

    1# of clams with recipe with Chefs recipe

    2 filets of Yakutat Halibut with Chefs Recipe

    1 tub of Tiny Fish Co. smoked mussels with accoutrement

    1 filet of smoked sablefish with housemade accoutrements

    1 loaf of hillside bread

    1 box of rustic b crackers

  • Paired Beverage (+$60)

    Two curated bottles of wine or sake to pair with both of the recipes provided with your fin fish and shellfish

  • When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in February, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be March, etc. Mink hosts their pickups & deliveries on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

    When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)

    How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

    How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.

Marrow, founded by Owner, Ping Ho and led by Top Chef finalist Sarah Welch, is a three-time James Beard Award-nominated restaurant and whole animal butcher shop. Their mission is to promote, utilize and advance a healthy, local, and sustainable food system. They work directly with local farmers and producers to guarantee that you're getting quality food from people we trust.

Mink, their second concept, is a drinking and dining destination in the heart of Corktown, Detroit. They’re an intimate community gathering place with a focus on impeccable sourcing of low intervention ingredients in a casual environment. Seafood has a prominent place on their menu featured alongside the hyper seasonality of Detroit’s urban agriculture system under the guidance of Chef Cameron Rolka.
