Masseria, Chef Nicholas Stefanelli’s first restaurant, is a celebration of big, harmonious flavors and the fine Italian cooking that shaped Chef’s palate as a child. The restaurant is named for the charming agricultural estates of the Puglia region, where Chef Stefanelli’s family heritage is rooted. With such inspiration, Chef Stefanelli approaches hosting guests in his own restaurant as more of a lifestyle than a profession, taking the pretense out of fine dining in favor of heartfelt hospitality and honest cooking.
At Officina — Italian for “workshop” — Chef Stefanelli has built a culinary playground. It is the result of a lifelong dream to bring together the best of Italian gastronomy— shopping, dining, and home cooking—together under one roof.
Chef Stefanelli was named the 2010 Rising Star by the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, and was included as a nominee for the Rising Star Award by the James Beard Foundation. Masseria has achieved considerable acclaim, and earned a star in Washington, DC’s, first-ever Michelin Guide in 2016, an honor it has received every year since. Masseria has been featured by The Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine, The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, and more as one of Washington DC’s best restaurants.

From classic like Negronis and Spritzes to some of our signature creations like the Ciao Bella or Apothecary’s Daughter, each month you’ll taste your way through a variety of our favorites. When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
Can I cancel or suspend my membership?
Absolutely, you can login to your account and pause or cancel with one click at any time.
