Daniele Uditi’s interpretation of the Naples staple is reimagined four Southern California with consciously sourced toppings which blend the traditional with the unexpected. His signature “slow dough” is meticulously prepared with a blend of imported Italian flours and allowed to ferment for 48 hours. The result is a light, easy-to-digest crust still sturdy enough to pick up with one hand.
An artisan who learned hist craft growing up in Naples, Italy, Daniele incorporated his training from some of the best Pizzarias in Campania with his family bakery’s traditional bread recipes. Since his arrival to Los Angeles in 2010, his “slow dough” Neopolitan pizzas have garnered a passionate international following of celebrities and pizza lovers.

What You’ll Get
Members of the Pizzana are transported from Los Angeles straight to Naples, where the thin-yet-study style of pizza was born. This specialty made dough is meticulously prepared in house so you can bring the magical fresh-baked taste home with you. Members receive a monthly rotating menu of Pizzana’s most adored pizzas, even after they are no longer available to the public! Enjoy alongside a fresh salad or any of the rotating special antipasti and follow it up with an Italian dessert, all included in the monthly menu.
Sample menu may include:
Antipasti: Polpette al forno, broccolini, cesare insalate
Pizzas: vodka, spinaci, pignatiello, funghi, diavola, etc.
Dolce: Panna cotta, tiramisu
& much more!
Also included in your membership is a monthly speciality pantry item from Chef Daniele, such as house made sauce or Calabrian chili oil.

When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
Can I cancel or suspend my membership?
Absolutely, you can login to your account and pause or cancel with one click at any time.
