  • When you join the Raffetto’s Pasta Club, you’re welcomed in to the family with monthly hand-made pasta kits you can prepare at home. Recreate the magic of Raffetto’s in your very own kitchen with one of our classic pasta dishes as well as a specialty, off-menu pasta dish that changes monthly.

    We’ll provide the house-made fresh pastas; sauces, ragus, pestos, our fresh provisions, and more unique surprises. We take care of all the prep and allow you to create your own masterpiece.

    You can expect:

    • 2 ready-to-cook fresh pasta kits (1 classic and 1 off-menu) with our fresh handmade pasta and everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious Raffetto’s dish

    • Sauces, toppings, and seasonings to complete your pasta creations

  • When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in February, the first month you’ll receive your subscription goods will be March, etc.

    When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)

    How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

    How do I get my goods | If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date. On delivery day, you’ll receive a text message enabling you to track your driver in realtime. If you select shipping, you will receive an email when your order is shipped out with a tracking link.

Who You’re Supporting

When the patriarch of our family, Marcello Raffetto, opened M. Raffetto & Bros. in the heart of Greenwich Village in 1906, it’s hard to imagine he would have expected his little pasta shop to last into the next century. And have it be thriving now more than ever. Throughout these 118 years, many dedicated family members and relatives have kept the business going and growing through all the changes that time brings – from two World Wars and the Great Depression to Vietnam and into the web revolution. And for this, our family is truly grateful.

As life styles, work schedules and family dynamics have changed, our customers’ needs and desires also shifted, giving rise to our ever expanding offerings of homemade sauces and prepared meals that have been created by our matriarch, Romana Raffetto, who in true Italian motherly fashion, welcomed the idea of a few more mouths to feed. When you enter our store, we like to think it is just the beginning of a wonderful culinary experience, from our “house” to yours. There’s the unmistakable aroma of Mom’s sauces simmering on the stove. It’s the caring warmth of everyone who works at Raffetto’s, making a recommendation for that perfect sauce to go with your favorite ravioli or noodle, or suggesting no sauce, just butter and parmigiano on certain pastas so that you get to fully appreciate and savor the taste of that dish fully. The quality of our customers’ culinary experiences has always come ahead of our “bottom line.” For us, nothing beats the pleasure of seeing the fourth generation of Raffetto’s cutting noodles on Marcello’s guillotine machine that’s been working its magic since 1917. We take our family traditions very seriously, and our passion for quality sustains our commitment to continue to make our products in small batches so that everything you taste from Raffetto’s is always as close to “homemade” as possible.
