PER MONTH

  • Every month, we’ll design our Butcher Box based on the whole animals we receive from our farmer partners. We cut, we curate, we crate so that you can receive packages of fresh, pasture-raised, and grass-fed meats every month. All our beef is from grass-fed & grain-finished Virginia cows, all pork is from pasture-raised Berkshire pigs, and all chicken is non-GMO, hormone/antibiotic-free & certified humane. We take pride in our dry-aged beef, heritage pork, house-made sausage, and fresh poultry.

    You’ll receive rotating selection from the Red Apron team showcasing different meats and a recipe card on how best to prepare delicious dinners.

    • Butcher Box for Two ($85), featuring a hand crafted selection of meats, including 1 lb of Ground Beef, 1 lb of house-cured & smoked Bacon and 2 center plate items (Ribeye, New York Strip, Bone-in Pork Chop, Beef Tenderloin, etc.)

  • When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in October, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be November, etc.

    When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription).

    How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

    How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.

Red Apron, a creative collaboration between chef Nathan Anda, the Neighborhood Restaurant Group, and a handful of dedicated regional farmers, is a locally sourced whole animal butcher and small-batch producer of handcrafted charcuterie and fine provisions.

Our philosophy is driven by an inflexible commitment to using only the finest all-natural, hormone and antibiotic free, humanely and sustainably raised beef, pork, lamb and poultry. We’ve spent years developing the relationships we have with our farmers, and have been recognized as the first American butcher shop to source 100% of its pork from Animal Welfare Approved farms, an organization whose standards are the most strident and rigorous in the nation.

Our craft is defined by an inimitable catalog of nearly 80 original artisanal products – all of which are 100% handmade and deliberately produced in small batches designed not merely to mimic traditional or familiar foods, but rather to introduce both new and innovative flavors inspired by old world technique.
