Unlock exclusive access to a monthly dinner by Chef Eric and the Samara team as they curate an elevated off-menu experience for their members. Dishes will feature seasonal, sustainable ingredients, with each month’s multi-course meal centered around a variety of specialty proteins and vegetables. Each month subscribers receive the essence of wood-fired, rustic, seasonal meats and veggies from the Samara team.

Our monthly dinners will feature unique recipes and experiences, intended to surprise and delight our members. A sample menu may include:

• charred red beets, eggplant, honey, sesame seed, walnuts

• oven poached NW halibut, slow roasted broccoli, charred onion, dashi butter

• grilled heritage pork, slow roasted cabbage, fingerlings, pickled carrot, mustard seed

• poached spitzenburg apple, almond cake, caramel sauce, almond crunch, vanilla ice cream
