About Scratch Kitchen & Cocktails
James Beard-Nominated Chef/Owner Zach Hutton’s food at Scratch reflects his Oklahoma upbringing in every dish. His love for food is paralleled by his love and experience working in farming, so he understands the importance of fresh ingredients. All the food and preparation is inspired by his Oklahoma childhood, especially the kind of childhood that involved picking berries, foraging in the woods, picking tomatoes off the vine in the backyard garden, and fishing in streams, lakes and ponds. A true man of the land, he sources everything locally, and to push it even further - uses any ingredients he can find as close to the restaurant as he possibly can. True farm-to-table artistry.

When you join the Made From Scratch Provisions Box, you’ll receive a monthly assortment of Scratch-sourced sustainable and hyper-local produce & provisions, homemade snacks & baked goods, and other local goodies from our network of OK farms. Members will enjoy exclusive access to seasonal produce, dairy products and other homemade goods, hand selected by Chef Zach to give you the best of what’s in season and enable you to create your own fresh and unique dishes at home.
Our dairy products are delivered the day after they’re made. The bakers have kneaded sourdough and frosted chocolate cake. Our chefs have worked tirelessly on stocks, sauces, and dressings, from demi-glace to ketchup and mayonnaise. It's all from scratch and we think you'll taste the difference.

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
