Our dough is hand-crafted through a multiple day process which gives it complexity. The crust is then blistered in 600-degree heat until lightly browned.
They are then topped with things like housemade charcuterie, foraged mushrooms, and imported cheeses. we source fresh vegetables and herbs from Prosser, Washington which utilizes the bounty of the pacific northwest. Our two locations have extensive drink menus with rotating taps and over 60 bottles and cans of beer from all over the world

When you become a member of the Serious Pie Pizza & Provisions Tour of Italy you receive locally sourced ingredients to recreate some of your favorite Serious Pie slices at home. The fresh meats, cheeses, and veggies all provided so that you can get creative and build your own masterpiece pie. All ingredients are mindfully selected and locally sourced, giving you nothing but the best and the tastiest that Seattle has to offer!
What You’ll Get
A monthly rotating box of our house-made ingredeients to help you create your favorite Serious Pies at home. Each month, members will receive Special Pies housemade dough and additional toppings such as foraged mushrooms, imported cheeses, and locally sourced vegetables. Your monthly subscription also includes monthly provisions and pantry items from our kitchen like olive oils, sauces, produce, and more, to be enjoyed throughout the month!

When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
Can I cancel or suspend my membership?
Absolutely, you can login to your account and pause or cancel with one click at any time.
Is Table22 a secure payments platform?
We leverage the industry leader Stripe to manage payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
