Silkies Chicken and Champagne Bar is An upscale Casual concept in the heart of Historic Springfield. Created by Chef Kenny & Anna Gilbert, highlighting Chef Kenny’s Signature Fried Chicken, Biscuits and Champagne Cocktails.

Silkies highlights dishes from around the world. Chef Kenny feels that as we learn we teach and as we teach we learn! Food is the best way for us to come together. Our Specialty selections will feature Chef Kenny’s love for different international Chicken dishes that he has learned to prepare through his travels and work experiences around the world. Dishes like, Filipino Chicken Wing Adobo and Indian Chicken Tikka Masala just to name a few.
