When you become a member of SubTerra’s Supper Club, you’ll bring fresh, seasonal dishes into your home. Each month you’ll receive a delicious meal for 2 or 4 hand-curated by the SubTerra culinary team, highlighting the best of their renowned kitchen. Look forward to well-known signature dishes as well as specialty items, exclusively available through their Table22 program. All meals come fully-prepared - simply reheat at home and serve.

Sample dishes may include:

• Broccolini Soup - onions, truffle oil, cream, herbs, Tillamook cheddar

• Lamb Croquettes - whipped mash potatoes, parsley, panko, w/ Spanish Salsa Brava

• Duck Confit - white bean cassoulet, pork belly lardons, sauted kale, thyme-infused olive oil

• Seasonal Figs - orange/balsamic fig compote, vanilla custard, orange/white chocolate feuilletine, balsamic caramel

• & much more!

Your membership also includes a monthly assortment of pantry items that we use in the SubTerra kitchen, like vinaigrettes, marinades, and spice rubs.
