Hospitality, Executive Chef Chris Pandel, and world renowned designers, Avroko, have created Swift & Sons —a place that not only elevates what has already been done, but evolves the American Steakhouse for the modern diner.
Take everything that connotes Midwestern charm—effusive goodwill, love of community, and a killer work ethic—and you will find its embodiment in Chef Chris Pandel. His food is just as appealing: rooted in classic French technique and predominantly local Midwestern ingredients, Pandel's cooking is rustic, yet refined.
The Swift & Sons menu displays Pandel's signature focus on high quality, locally sourced ingredients and refined cooking techniques with an elevated twist on steakhouse classics, a "boutique beef" program, thoughtful vegetarian dishes, and seasonal sides.

When you become a member of our new Swift & Sons Butcher’s Meal, you’ll unlock access to premium off-menu cuts of steak along with accompanying sauces, spices, marinades, provisions, and recipe cards to prepare the perfect meal. Join Executive Chef, Chris Pandel, and team as they curate a rotating monthly box showcasing their favorite butcher’s cuts they’d normally keep for themselves. These steaks are hand-selected by the expert butchers at Swift and Sons to highlight the best of their award-winning steak program. Members will also enjoy pantry provisions, signature sides, and dessert kits to complete this special dining experience. All steaks come with accompanying cooking instructions, best practices, and tips for preparation. Learn how to achieve our signature restaurant-quality steak at home with video walkthroughs from Chef Chris! This experience is exclusive to our Table22 members!

When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
Can I cancel or suspend my membership?
Absolutely, you can login to your account and pause or cancel with one click at any time.
Is Table22 a secure payments platform?
We leverage the industry leader Stripe to manage payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
