Surti’s latest venture, Tailor, offers a simple, timeless dining experience that emulates an intimate dinner party in the way it fills both the bodies and souls of its guests. As a culinary creator, Chef Vivek honors his heritage through the South Asian American cuisine that is representative of being a first generation American of Indian descent.

A rotating monthly chef’s tasting menu of Indian cuisine, hand-curated to enjoy at home. Chef Vivek Surti and the Tailor team will guide members on a monthly journey through India, with a focus on a different culinary region each month. Members will enjoy not only authentic dishes, but also the history and inspiration behind the ingredients, flavors, and recipes. This experience is exclusive to our Table22 members.
A sample menu may include:
Gujarati Poora — spaghetti squash, date, browned onion, pistachio, lemon
Grilled Little Gem Lettuces — kohlrabi, mint, ginger dressing

When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
Can I cancel or suspend my membership?
Absolutely, you can login to your account and pause or cancel with one click at any time.
Is Table22 a secure payments platform?
