About Tanoshii
In Japanese, tanoshii means delightful or pleasant. And that’s exactly what Chef Daniel Wendell has perfected with the opening of this Bozeman based restaurant serving up Japanese comfort food.
Daniel’s culinary philosophy mirrors the growing trend towards a healthier and balanced lifestyle. Building partnerships with nearby farmers and ranchers, he seeks out the finest regional and local ingredients for cuisine. Doing so allows the natural flavor of food to express itself. Daniel and his team strive to use their culinary artistry to change the way the Gallatin Valley experiences food.

When you join Tanoshii Tasting Series you bring home the joy and comfort of this Japanese menu featuring local ingredients. Chef Daniel has a pulse on all things Montana - with years of experience working with ingredients brought up from trusted farms. The dishes playfully combine locally sourced produce and proteins with unique and surprising Japanese flavors, giving you a menu that reflects that quality and freshness that Chef Daniel is so well known for. Members will also receive an assortment of pantry items such as chili crisp and house kimchi to play around with in your own kitchen!
Sample menu may feature dishes similar to:
Okonomiyaki Waffle— red and green cabbage, mountain yam, egg and gf flour, with pickled ginger, furikake, scallions, kewpie & oko sauce
Agadashi — crispy fried tofu, citrus dashi, daikon, scallion
Shishito Peppers — wok fired, crispy garlic, sea salt, furikake, lemon, kewpie
Chicken & kimchi — ginger braised chicken, Korean chili chicken broth, house kimchi, onsen egg, scallion, greens & fried garlic
Pork Shoulder — braised kurobuta pork shoulder, rice, braising broth, mustard, pickled shishito peppers, scallion, crispy onion, cilantro

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
