The Breadfruit & Rum Bar, led by Chef Danielle Leoni, redefines the perception of tropical and green dining with an avant-garde approach to blending the best of the southwest with the tropical traditions of Jamaica. Known as advocates of responsible seafood and farming paired with their daring new rum cocktails they present you the highest integrity in sustainable gastronomy with a perfectionist approach to genuine hospitality. Their grounding philosophy is to champion good food that promotes a deliciously sustainable planet and still have dinner ready by 5 PM. They are committed to serving certified sustainable seafood, zero waste, recycling, composting and supporting local agriculture.
