In 2012, Greg Vernick and his wife Julie opened the doors to his own restaurant, Vernick Food & Drink, where he serves an honest, no-fuss menu featuring his version of new American cooking.
Vernick Food & Drink has been recognized by the likes of Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, StarChefs, Philadelphia magazine, The Washington Post, and The New York Times. In 2016, Greg was named “Chef of the Year” by the Philadelphia Inquirer and Vernick Food & Drink earned a 4-Bell, re-review from restaurant critic Craig LaBan who called it the “Best Overall Restaurant” in the city.
In May 2017, Greg Vernick was named the Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic by the James Beard Foundation, coinciding with the fifth anniversary of the restaurant’s opening. Greg is the first Philadelphia chef to win the award since 2011.

Members of Chef Greg’s Seasonal Dinner Series unlock the wonder behind Chef Greg’s beloved and acclaimed menu at Vernick. Dishes are prepared based on fresh, local ingredients as Chef Greg puts his creative spin on familiar favorites, and introduces you to new and exciting ingredients and dishes at Vernick. Each month, the menu transitions you along a culinary journey of seasonal flavor with a fully prepared and assembled meal, complete with full reheating instructions and a detailed description of each dish.
A sample monthly menu may include:
fromage blanc toast or beef tenderloin tartare toast
arctic char crudo or yellowfin tuna
charcoal grilled black sea bass or mustard brined pork chop
roasted baby bok choy with spicy peanut dressing
grilled baby artichokes with salsa verde and anchovy

How it Works
When can I get my goods | If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in January, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be February, etc.
When do I get billed | When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription | After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
How do I get my goods | If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.

When will I be charged my membership fee?
We charge your credit card the day you sign up. The recurring charge is billed every 30 days from the day you signed up.
Can I cancel or suspend my membership?
Absolutely, you can login to your account and pause or cancel with one click at any time.
Is Table22 a secure payments platform?
We leverage the industry leader Stripe to manage payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
